Hands-on Experience

This exciting new program is coming soon. This page is under construction – so there are daily changes as we share and collect feedback.

The Certified Lean Practitioner program provides a complete package of education, application, and coaching for those seeking to learn and gain hands-on experience with the most powerful tools used for lean transformations.

One of the major objectives of the program is for participants to work on a lean project that will find and reduce time wasted in their jobs. The goal is to address that common trap where people are too busy to work on career development and continuous improvement.

Stephen Covey told us the parable of a stranded motorist who had been too busy driving to stop and buy gas. For those in a similar situation, this program is designed for you.
