2023 was a big year for additions, redesigns, revisions, and upgrades. We’ve regularly updated our community with our continuous improvement efforts throughout the year, and now we are going to be reflecting on 2023 with a compilation of our favorite accomplishments:

Mara Irons Becomes Our Marketing Manager
Mara Irons joined our team in 2023 as our new Marketing Manager. She focuses on our marketing endevours, external communications, and design needs. Learn more about Mara with this article, Meet Our New Marketing Manager.
Logo Redesign for Our Certified Lean Programs
We worked with Matthew Wiggins from Yore Brands on a logo redesign project for our Certified Lean Apprentice, Certified Lean Practitioner, Certified Lean Expert, and Certified Lean Master programs. Matthew helped us create logos that fit enhance our brand and visually represent our state-of-the-art courses. Working on this project was also a welcome reminder of how lean can be used to solve problems of all kinds.
Complete Revision of Our Certified Lean Master Course
Early in 2023, our Certified Lean Master course underwent a comprehensive transformation. We enhanced the course with content specifically for those seeking to create a sustainable organization. The biggest change was introducing a project-based assignment spanning the entire course, which focuses on assessing and improving the lean program at the student’s organization.
Upgrade to Our Certification Maintenance Program
In 2023, we upgraded our Certification Maintenance Program. Individuals can now apply to renew their certificates using an online form through the Transformance Advisors website. Applicants will need to fill out their continuous education activities to meet the point requirements for renewal, as shown below.
Gold Sponsor of the Colorado Lean Network Summit
In October, we were the gold-level sponsor for the Colorado Lean Network Summit held at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver. This event allowed us to engage with numerous lean leaders from Colorado. During the event, Mike delivered a lightning talk on Lean Project Scorecards.
A Look Forward
Now that we’ve celebrated our top 5 accomplishments of 2023, we are looking towards the future to establish a few predictions for this year. We recognize the dangers of forecasting, but we are throwing caution to the wind. Below are five predictions we have for 2024:

Whether our predictions for 2024 come to fruition or not, Transformance Advisors will continue working hard to craft more sustainable organizations and empower individuals with professional certifications to aid in career advancements.
