Transformance Advisors proudly announces that CEO Mike Loughrin and Marketing Manager Mara Irons were part of the winning team in Inchainge’s Global Educator & Trainer Challenge 2024. Competing against top educators and trainers worldwide, their team excelled in mastering market expansion strategies through a dynamic simulation of The Fresh Connection.
The competition brought together over 130 participants from across the globe, organized into more than 30 teams to tackle real-world supply chain challenges. Participants engaged in a comprehensive simulation designed to test their ability to improve operational performance and align strategic goals. Mike Loughrin and Mara Irons demonstrated exceptional leadership and collaboration, contributing significantly to their team’s success.
“I’m honored to have participated in The Fresh Connection challenge for the first time AND be on the winning team,” stated Mara Irons. “This is an experience I won’t soon forget.”
The winning team, “Un-peel-ievable,” achieved an impressive ROI of 49.71%. This mixed team included participants from McGill University, Louisiana State University Shreveport, Transformance Advisors, Washington University of Science & Technology, and the University of British Columbia. Alongside Mike Loughrin and Mara Irons, the other team members were Nicolai Rassolov, Abrar Khan, and Yu-Cheng Chien.
