These individuals have gained a great introduction to the principles, concepts, and terms which everyone “must understand” in any organization using the Six Sigma improvement methodology. As part of the program, they have passed the certification exam.
The newly Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belts are now equipped to be valuable project team members able to help collect data, analyze data, design and implement improvements, and promote continuous improvement.
