At Transformance Advisors, we are excited to share our 2025 business goals and predictions! This year, our efforts will focus on three key areas:
- Partnerships
- Content
- Sustainability
These priorities reflect our ongoing commitment to crafting sustainable organizations and empowering professionals to thrive. While 2024 brought exciting milestones, you can read more about what we did last year here, it’s time to focus on what lies ahead.
We recognize the unpredictability of forecasting but believe in setting bold goals to inspire action. With that in mind, here are our top 5 predictions and goals for 2025:
Building Stronger Partnerships
One of our biggest priorities in 2025 is strengthening our partnerships to amplify the impact we can make together. One example of this is our collaboration with Manufacturer’s Edge on a new workshop series, Lean Today, that will be debuting later this quarter. Lean Today focuses on introducing professionals to the tools needed for successful Lean Transformations, tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses.

Enhanced Educational Programs Aligned with Industry Standards
Staying ahead in today’s professional landscape means evolving with it. In 2025, we are working on updating our educational programs to reflect the latest industry trends and best practices, ensuring our students remain leaders in their fields.
You can expect to see new articles and updates to older articles this year. While most of our content is created for our courses, we believe information should be available to all. Many of our articles can be accessed for free here, with more being added each month!
A Brand Refresh to Reflect Our Growth
Growth calls for transformation. This year, we will embark on a brand refresh to better represent the progress we’ve made and the values we uphold.
We are working with Yore Brands again to design a new logo for Transformance Advisors. Our new logo is part of our homepage redesign project. Our new visual identity will not only reflect our growth but also enhance the experience for our clients and partners. Stay tuned for a new look that captures the essence of Transformance Advisors.
Sustainability in Focus
In 2025, we’re placing sustainability at the forefront of our efforts. This year, we’ll expand our support for alumni with initiatives like certification renewal programs. Sustainability will also become a central theme in our educational offerings, equipping professionals to balance operational success with environmental responsibility.
To make these initiatives successful, we’re looking to add a new team member later in the year to help us better serve our growing community and deliver even more impactful programs.
Improved Support for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses
In 2025, we’re strengthening our efforts to support small and medium-sized businesses by addressing their unique challenges and opportunities. Our specialized resources and tailored workshops will empower businesses to address challenges, adopt sustainable practices, and thrive in competitive markets.
