We advised Levi Strauss & Co. in the development of improved processes for Global Demand and Supply Management. As APO demand planning project team leader, our expert helped build the business case, define new global processes, and configure SAP APO and AFS to support Demand Forecasting, Sales and Operations Planning, and Supply Planning. The scope included seasonal and core products for distribution and company owned retail stores. The team of about 20 people included leaders from all regions and technical SAP consultants.
The implementation of APO DP for the demand planning group in Europe was completed on-time and on-budget.

The implementation of APO DP and SNP for the demand and supply planning groups in the United States and Europe was completed on-time and on-budget.
We also managed the support organization for APO DP and SNP after go-live and developed the business case for post implementation enhancements.
