Q1 Update from Mike Loughrin
In January, Mara took A Look Back at 2023 and also provided our plans for 2024. Her predictions included:

With the first quarter of 2024 now in our wake, let’s take a quick look at the most exciting accomplishments for each of our priorities.
Additional Coaches
Lale Lovell joined our team in February and has been making a wonderful impact. She has brought the knowledge, experience, passion, and common sense we need to achieve our mission.
Conversations are underway with a few others who show enormous potential for joining our team. There’s more news coming later this year.
Logo Redesign
We are working with Yore Brands on a family of logos for our Six Sigma programs. The team at Your Brands helped us develop the logos for our Lean programs last year, and we are very close to locking down the logos for each Six Sigma program.
They are so close that I predict you will be seeing them in April!
Small and Medium Sized Businesses
We have always been known for helping big brand names like Levi Strauss, Warner Bros., and Cabela’s. At the same time, our approach has helped thousands of small and medium sized businesses. During Q1, we began investing in crafting a better integration of our coaching, education, and program management capabilities as they apply to small and medium businesses.
The vision is to define an easy to understand and menu-driven approach which allows the leadership team for a small and medium sized business to design their own organizational improvement program. Our investments in people, systems, content, and other critical success factors gives us a competitive advantage which our customers can leverage.
Transformance Communiqué
Mara has done some exceptional work improving our newsletter. Subscribers, opens, clicks, and other metrics are all growing.
A new feature highlighting a person of interest from our community was launched in March. Meet George Rizk was a big success and reflects Mara’s intent to make the Communiqué “Your Favorite Newsletter”.
This quarterly update is also a new feature hatched when Mara made her predictions in January. We want you to know how we are working to keep our programs relevant and effective for you are others seeking to craft sustainable organizations.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
We selected Boulder SEO Marketing (BSM) to guide us through all the possibilities for enhancing our brand recognition through Search Engine Optimization. Their Micro-SEO Strategies℠ take a hyper-focused approach. Instead of tackling our entire site, which can take months, if not years, BSM is helping us deploy these strategies page-by-page, so our most important pages can start climbing the rankings in months.
